We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital items. Once a digital item is purchased and delivered, it cannot be refunded.
Digital files are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds because of the nature of these items. No refunds can be made once the digital item has been purchased. Once a digital item is purchased and delivered, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled. Please contact us if you need help with your order or have any questions.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check they are purchasing the correct file. Please carefully review the product description, pictures, system requirements, and any available demos or samples before making a purchase. If you have accidentally purchased the same file multiple times, please email us with all order numbers and we will offer an alternative file for the same value as a replacement.
